My Hobbies

Below I’ve detailed my four favorite things to do with my free time: foster animals, Outing Club activities, baking, and running my Etsy shop. I also enjoy playing the piano, sewing, knitting, traveling, and playing Mahjong with my mom. My schedule is usually busy, but it is so important for me to incorporate some of these things into my life on a weekly basis.

Fostering

My family and I foster dogs and cats through Operation Kindness Animal Shelter. Although puppies and kittens are hard work, it is an amazing experience. It taught me from a young age how to be responsible. As of Fall 2021, we have fostered over 50 animals, both dogs and cats.

Outing Club

I am the marketing team videographer for the Washington and Lee Outing Club. I create promotional videos, help manage the social media accounts, and have amazing opportunities like hiking, fishing, biking, backpacking, horse-back riding, and even skydiving. Our motto is “College goes by fast – get outside!”
